Söhne Mannheims - "Das hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen" (MTV Unplugged 2008)

Unlike the story of most lead singers who leave the band for greater individual glory, the story of the singer Xavier Naidoo and the band Söhne Mannheims (translated: "Sons of Mannheim") is quite different.  Xavier Naidoo, who was born and raised in Mannheim, Germany, was a key member of Söhne Mannheims before he became famous.  However, after his popularity increased he went back to the band and wanted to help them to become famous too, which worked!  

Nowadays he switches back and forth with doing some Solo music or recording an Album and going on tour with the Söhne Mannheims.  For the fifth German MTV Unplugged performance, it should come as no surprise that Xavier Naidoo decided to share the billing with Söhne Mannheims and perform songs from the band and solo albums together.  This concert was performed at Rokoko-Theater in Schwetzingen, Germany on July 2, 2008, and the MTV Unplugged single for "Das hat die Welt noch nicht gesehen" hit #1 on the German music charts.
