Echt was a short-lived German pop band (from 1997 to 2002) that had only modest success. Their biggest hit also wasn't an original song, but a cover of the song "Junimond" ("June Moon") made famous by Rio Reiser in 1985. Echt's new spin on this melanocholic song was absolutely fantastic and was featured in the German film Crazy in the summer of 2000.
